Our Story

Get to Know Us

At Spectrum Speaks, we believe meaningful change begins by building on what individuals and communities can do. Rooted in behavioral science and the Constructional Approach, our mission is to create supportive, inclusive spaces where neurodivergent voices are not just heard, but celebrated.

As one of  Behavioral Teaching Solutions (BTS)'s community-driven initiatives, Spectrum Speaks was launched to spark local impact in the U.S. through inclusive events, creative collaborations, and advocacy rooted in science and compassion.

Founded to bridge global gaps in education, evidence-based treatment, and practitioner training, BTS provides support to families and professionals, especially in developing countries, through coaching, workshops, and international partnerships.

From neighborhood events in Florida to behavioral science summits in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, our story is one of collective action, capacity-building, and belonging.

We work collectively to improve lives through strengthening repertoires and creative skills towards independence and better ways of enjoying life.
