Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 2025
Spectrum Speaks, a program of Behavioral Teaching Solutions LLC, is committed to delivering quality coaching, educational, and community events that support neurodivergent individuals, families, and allies. To ensure program integrity and operational sustainability, the following refund terms apply:
Refund Policy - the basics
Workshops, Seminars & Live Events​

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: Eligible for a partial refund (less administrative and processing fees).

Cancellations within 6 days of the event: Non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the event description.

No-shows or late arrivals: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Coaching & Group Programs

Single sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be rescheduled or refunded (subject to an admin fee).

Multi-session programs: Partial refunds may be considered if cancellation occurs before the start of the second session.

Refunds are no longer available once a session has begun, but substitutions may be considered at our discretion.

Digital Products & Recordings​

Sales of all downloadable content, recordings, or digital materials are final and non-refundable.

Program Cancellations by Spectrum Speaks
If a program or event is cancelled by Spectrum Speaks or Behavioral Teaching Solutions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, emergencies), registered participants will be notified immediately and offered:

A full refund, or

The option to apply the fee to a future session​
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@thespectrumspeaks.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name]. Include your registration details, date of payment, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after approval.​
