Cancellation Policy

By booking a service through the Spectrum Speaks platform, you agree to the following terms: 1. Service Terms • All sessions (coaching, workshops, or webinars) must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. • Bookings are confirmed via email upon payment (if applicable) or registration. 2. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the session may be rescheduled at no charge. • Refunds are only issued for paid services if canceled 72 hours before the scheduled event. • No refunds will be granted for missed sessions or late arrivals. 3. Participation & Conduct • Please join online sessions from a quiet environment and arrive on time. • Respectful dialogue and inclusive behavior are expected at all times. • Spectrum Speaks reserves the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines.
