By accessing or using the services, programs, or website of Spectrum Speaks (an initiative of Behavioral Teaching Solutions LLC), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any activities or purchasing services.

General Use

Spectrum Speaks offers educational, coaching, and advocacy services to support neurodivergent individuals, families, and professionals. These services are not a substitute for clinical treatment or legal advice.

You agree to use this site and our services lawfully and respectfully. Misuse, abusive behavior, or disruption of programs may result in removal without refund.

What to include in the T&C document

Registration and Participation

To participate in workshops, coaching, or events, you must complete the registration form and agree to all terms, including our privacy and accessibility policies.

Participants must:

Be 18 years or older or have written consent from a guardian
Use respectful, inclusive language
Arrive on time (for live events) or complete required activities (for online offerings)

Payments & Refund Policy

All payments for services and events are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a live event may be eligible for a partial refund (minus admin fees).
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or digital products (e.g., downloads or recordings).
In case of program cancellation by BTS/Spectrum Speaks, full refunds will be issued.

Cancellations & Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session, event, or program. Participants will be notified via the email provided at registration if changes are made.

Intellectual Property

All content—including logos, text, recordings, and materials—is the intellectual property of Behavioral Teaching Solutions. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any part of the materials without written permission.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided for educational and advocacy purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide medical or legal advice. Coaching is a non-clinical support model.

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spectrum Speaks and BTS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any legal disputes will be handled in the Sarasota County, FL courts.
