Language of Love Day Retreat featuring Khenpo Tenkyong (Donation-based Event)

Language of Love Workshop Series

Healing • Belonging • Wellness

Join us for a special extended edition of Language of Love—an immersive day of movement, reflection, mindfulness, and meaningful connection inside the inspiring surroundings of Art Avenue Gallery.

For this special gathering, Belle Stikeleather and Kai Suvannamaccha welcome Khenpo Tenkyong as a special guest for an interactive mindfulness and meditation experience designed to invite curiosity, presence, reflection, and deeper connection with ourselves and one another.

The day begins with an optional restorative yoga session, followed by a welcoming reflection. Khenpo Tenkyong will then guide participants through an extended interactive mindfulness and meditation experience, with time to pause, participate, reflect, and engage throughout the day.
