About the event
June is recognized as National Safety Month, a time dedicated to promoting safer environments at home, in the workplace, on the road, and throughout the community. In that spirit, this gathering will highlight the importance of building safe, supportive, and inclusive spaces where individuals with unique abilities can grow in independence, strengthen social connections, and prepare for meaningful community and employment opportunities.

This event also serves as a warm community lead-in to the upcoming Unique Abilities Awareness Walk on July 12.
Guests will enjoy music, light refreshments, social connection, possible campus tours, and recognition of individuals making progress in independence, vocational training, social participation, and community engagement.
Hosted in collaboration with The Haven, Inclusion Revolution, Behavioral Teaching Solutions, Community partners, and Conductive Connections, an emerging nonprofit initiative focused on creativity, connection, and compassion
